Waiting for your new equestrian gear? Once your order is dispatched from our Kanpur facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from DHL or FedEx. If you have not received this email or if you need help understanding your tracking status, please contact us with your Order Number in the subject line.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our handcrafted products. If your order does not meet your expectations, or if you received a defective item, you may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery (terms and conditions apply). Shipping premium leather goods globally requires specialized logistics. While we ensure rapid dispatch via express couriers, please note that all international buyers are responsible for their local customs duties and import taxes.
