General Information
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our premium leather goods and equestrian tack are proudly handcrafted in our manufacturing facility in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. Kanpur is historically renowned worldwide as a major hub for high-quality leather tanning and artisanal craftsmanship.
Are your products made from genuine leather?
Yes, absolutely. We strictly use premium top-grain and full-grain leathers for our saddles, bridles, and accessories. We select our hides for their strength, suppleness, and durability, ensuring they meet the rigorous demands of equestrian sports.
Do you sell to individual riders or just businesses?
We cater to both! While we have a strong B2B presence supplying riding clubs and retailers globally, our online storefront is designed for individual riders (B2C) looking to purchase premium handcrafted gear directly from the manufacturer.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as secure checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay depending on your region. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify's encrypted payment gateways.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you have a 24-hour window to change or cancel your order. Please email us immediately at help.haramexports@gmail.com. Once an order has entered the production phase (for custom items) or has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally! To ensure the safe and timely delivery of our high-value equestrian gear, we partner exclusively with trusted international logistics providers like DHL Express and FedEx.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is a combination of processing time and transit time:
- Processing Time: Standard in-stock items take 2-4 business days. Custom or made-to-order saddles typically take 2-4 weeks to craft.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched from India, international shipping via DHL or FedEx usually takes 4 to 10 business days depending on your location and local customs clearance.
Who is responsible for customs duties and import taxes?
As the buyer, you are the importer of record. All international customs duties, local import taxes (like VAT/GST), and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are usually collected by the courier (DHL/FedEx) prior to delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be strictly unused, unridden, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. Please read our full Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact our support team at help.haramexports@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct shipping address. Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Product & Leather Care
How should I clean and maintain my new saddle/tack?
Premium leather requires regular maintenance to stay supple and safe. We recommend wiping down your tack with a slightly damp cloth or sponge after every ride to remove sweat and dirt. Use a high-quality leather saddle soap for deeper cleaning, followed by a premium leather balsam or oil to condition it. Never dry wet leather next to a direct heat source, as this will cause it to crack.
Will the color of the leather change over time?
Yes. Because we use natural leather, you can expect the color to deepen and develop a beautiful, rich patina over time with regular use, oiling, and exposure to sunlight. This is a hallmark of high-quality leather and adds to the unique character of your gear.
