At Haram Exports, we know that waiting for your new premium equestrian gear can be the hardest part. Because we ship our handcrafted saddles and leather goods worldwide from our manufacturing hub in Kanpur, India, we have created this page to help you monitor your package every step of the way.
How to Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been rigorously inspected, securely packaged, and handed over to our logistics partners, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. To track your package, please follow these steps:
- Open your Shipping Confirmation Email.
- Locate your unique Tracking Number (usually a 10 to 12 digit alphanumeric code).
- Click on the tracking link provided in the email, or copy the tracking number and paste it directly into the courier's tracking portal.
Our Courier Partners
To ensure the utmost safety and speed for your high-value leather goods, we exclusively use premium international express couriers. You can track your specific package directly on their official websites:
- Track via DHL Express: Visit DHL Tracking and enter your waybill number.
- Track via FedEx: Visit FedEx Tracking and enter your tracking number.
Understanding Your Tracking Status
International shipping involves several checkpoints. Here is a brief guide to what your tracking status might mean:
- Label Created / Pre-Shipment: We have packed your order and generated the shipping label. The courier is scheduled to pick it up from our Kanpur facility.
- In Transit: Your package is on the move! It is currently traveling between international sorting facilities.
- Customs Clearance / Clearance Delay: Your package has arrived in your destination country and is being processed by your local customs authority. Note: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes. The courier may contact you during this phase to collect payment before final delivery.
- Out for Delivery: The package is on the local delivery truck and should arrive at your address today. Please ensure someone is available to sign for it.
Haven't Received a Tracking Number Yet?
If you recently placed an order and haven't received a tracking number, please keep our standard processing times in mind:
- Standard In-Stock Items: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing before tracking information is generated.
- Custom & Made-to-Order Saddles: Because these items are meticulously handcrafted from scratch, production can take 2 to 4 weeks. You will not receive a tracking number until the item is fully completed and dispatched.
Please remember to check your Spam or Junk folder, as automated shipping emails occasionally get filtered there by your email provider.
